16-19 Courses
Our 16-19 Courses include Level and Level 1 qualifications that support learners to progress to Level 2 and where possible, employment or an apprenticeship.
The courses support 16-19 year olds who may not have the appropriate skills, qualifications or be ready to start a full-time college course or apprenticeship. We are proud of our outstanding record for engaging and progressing learners.
Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are an excellent way of gaining qualifications and workplace experience.
As an employee, you can earn as you learn and you gain practical skills from the workplace. As an employer, apprenticeships are a proven way to train a workforce and increase capacity.
Staff Training
Active Synergy can provide tailored training packages to organisations across the North West. The majority of our staff training is fully funded or subsidised.
