Our CV Builder programmes runs throughout year 10 and 11 to support pupils to develop their CV in preparation for Further Education, an Apprenticeship or other employment.

Pupils will achieve a vocational qualification and will be supported to find a work placement as part of the school’s work experience programme.

Our Pre Apprenticeship programme is a catalogue of Entry Level and Level 1 qualifications that support learners to progress to Level 2 and where possible, employment or an apprenticeship.

The Pre Apprenticeship programme supports 16-18 year olds who may not have the appropriate skills, qualifications or be ready to start a full-time college course or apprenticeship. We are proud of our outstanding record for engaging and progressing learners.

The School Sport Apprenticeship scheme provides an opportunity for schools to benefit from well trained, motivated and cost effective members of staff  who can increase their capacity for delivery.

At the same time the school will create unique learning and employment opportunities for Apprentices to earn while they learn.

Active Synergy can provide tailored training packages to organisations across the North West. The majority of our staff training is fully funded or subsidised.
