Active Synergy's training charter states that we:
- Design all our training programmes to have strong vocational links that genuinely increase the prospects for our learners to find employment.
- Never recruit an Apprentice without there being an employer in place nor attend Apprenticeship recruitment events without having Apprenticeship vacancies.
- Never train an Apprentice without knowing an employer will provide a valuable employment opportunity.

- Strive to continually improve the quality of our training programmes and welcome external audits.
- Always offer our learners qualifications that are of the appropriate level and subjects that meet their needs. If we cannot cater for their needs, we will refer them to other proven providers.
- Always pursue excellence, provide our clients and learners with the best possible service and respect everyone that we come into contact.
